Birth Story

I was awaiting the arrival of these puppies for a few days. She had a lot of early labor signs and I thought for sure she would go early. But NOPE. First litter to ever go over the due date!
Grace paced all night from about 9pm on the 19th of Jan to about 3am on the 20th. I finally decided to get out of bed when she started making grunting sounds like she was pushing. The first puppy was born at 3:53am and 4 minutes later another was born! She finally had her final and 10th puppy at 9:38am. It was remarkable because all 7 girls were born first followed by the boys, which is where I got a little inspiration into naming this group of cuties!
