Color: White Charlie is our only intact male. He is cuddly, sweet and a little bit small for an average male poodle, but we still love him! He's a bouncy goof! More info on Charlie here. |

Color: Black Grace is Lucy's daughter and was born here! She loves to cuddle and is a very loving dog. She also likes to smile when she is happy. What a dork! More info on Grace here. |
Birth Story
We took Grace her for a long beach walk the day before her due date. When 10pm rolled around we figured it wasn't going to happen.
Then just as we were heading off to bed at midnight we knew it was time. It wasn't long before they starting being delivered. She birthed all night long. Finally around 8am I was exhausted, Colten had already gone to bed, 10 puppies had been born. I figured she was done. So off to bed I went.
When I got up around 1pm and I checked on her and there was 11 puppies!
It reminded me so much of the famous old movie "101 Dalmations" so I decided to name them after them.
The sad part of this story is that we did end up losing a puppy on day 10.
We were all home and Grace was nursing her pups as usual. When she stood up, she had been laying on a puppy and unfortunately it suffocated. We're truly heart broken by this loss and I was unsure if I should even tell that part of the story. But as you all know, I am an open book with my journey in the breeding world and unfortunately with large litters this is common.
Anyways, were blessed and grateful for the 10 remaining puppies and I can't wait to watch them grow!

JULY 7 2022 UPDATE: All 10 puppies just got a upgrade into a larger pen to assist with pee training. They are eating puppy mush and also mamas milk. They are perky and fun! Will be getting them outside lots to play now that they are getting more confident!
