Our Ducks
July 12th 2015 we welcomed these 3 ducks to our farm!

Fun facts about our ducks:
- They are actually bred for meat, but we wont eat them
- They lay large greenish/tan eggs with a very hard shell
- Their eggs look the same as chicken eggs but the yolk is much larger and it is a bit thicker
- Our ducks live with our chickens
- They love to dunk their heads in the water but don't require a lake to swim in
- They are very hardy birds
