I love this picture! I think it's from 101 Dalmatian's, such a classic movie I grew up on. I remember getting excited when ever I saw a Poodle in any movie growing up. I must have a soft spot for them...

Alas, our final bunny goes to a good home. It only took a few extra weeks of searching for this special little guy to find the right Mom. He's such a sweet little one, just like his dad. Fuzz is not happy that he is gone, but I'm sure he's forgotten all about us already. We are down to our own 3 bunnies now, but Cocoa will have her babies soon.
Bittersweet. Dave and I got some pretty exciting news in the mail this week!!! WOOP!
Steph and Trevor are getting married July 18 2015, we can't wait to be a part of it!!! I just thought I would introduce to you my in-laws puppy Tracker. He is just a few months old - a Norwegian Elkhound. Isn't he a doll!!!
I am a part of Standard Poodle group on Facebook and this little story came up on my feed. I had to share because it is just too cute!!
I believe I forgot to post when these two little boys left home. Marty and Leo left last week which leaves one little boy left! Look at them cuddle! They LOVE their new home! I have pictures of them in their new home in the nursery section.
Earlier I mentioned that Audrey goes to doggy day care once a week at Playful Paws. She gets social time, play time, nap time and best of all sleep time when she gets home - she even barks in her sleep when she comes home from a day playing here. Audrey loves going to daycare so much that when we walk through the doors she jumps up and gives me a big kiss on the cheek!
The other day after coming home from getting groceries, Audrey jumped in the back seat of the car and cried and cried and refused to move. She knows "car rides" means "day care" and she wanted to go NOW! Daycare has helped Audrey significantly with her social skills around other dogs. The Beagle in the pictures below is Charlie - Audrey's boyfriend. Dave and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary this weekend. Saturday consisted of brunch at Cora's, Fire Fighter washer toss tournament, and a drive down to the cottage in Moose River Gold Mines. We stay the night there and had some yummy food my husband picked out and some champagne, we also played some cards (Dave won). Sunday we relaxed, kayaked, had a BBQ and ate our year old wedding cake! Great weekend overall!!! We also had our photo taken by the lovely Cheryl Fields of Fields Photography (see links page), and we have begun a new tradition of a yearly family photo where we had our wedding photos taken.
Our dog Audrey goes to Playful Paws day care once a week to get in her social time. They have play time, nap time and outdoor time. She is so tired out buy the time she gets home she can hardly keep her eyes open. We just love bringing her here especially because they send you a report card at the end of the day. I love it because it tells me everything she did that day!
