As of yesterday (November 14) we officially produce our own eggs! It has been a long 6 month wait but our chickens are finally laying! Woo-hoo!! We are over the moon!

My husband and his buddy celebrated the opening of their new office space in Truro, Nova Scotia. They are a one stop shop for Mortgages, Investments and Insurance!   As you know Dave is Lieutenant at the fire station in Musquodoboit Harbour. He was able to throw a great open house at the old train station yesterday! Kids stopped by for games and a BBQ!    Usually we have a Halloween party every year but since we have SO many friends that are out of town we decided not to. There's always so much work that goes into it and this year it wasn't worth it. Last year we had 0 trick-or-treaters and the year before that we had 2. We were so excited when we had 1 unexpected one this year! I got to dress up at work, we did 70's theme! It was a blast! |
