Happy easter

I come with great news today!

​We bred Lucy and Timmy via surgical implant on March 31st and it went seamlessly!

She should be due for puppies around June 1st! We will do an ultrasound in about 4 weeks from now to confirm pregnancy. Even I can't wait that long to know for sure but usually they'll start to show early signs. FINGERS AND TOES CROSSED!  

Also, Lucy recovered really well from the surgery and is already back to her old ways. 

The vet tech showed me Timmy's "Tim-bits" as she called them (hahaha) under the microscope. He had a perfect sperm count and got to watch some of them try to penetrate a skin cell!

In other news, I hope everyone had a good Easter! The dogs celebrated with pancakes.

I'm also determined that Spring is here and Winter is gone. we dug out our pots and furniture and tilled our gardens. We have lots on our list to do this Spring! 

One of my favorite things to do when the weather starts to get warm is sit on the deck in the morning with my coffee and my Bogart by my side!

I received a few cute photos of some of the puppies in their Easter gear. I'll attach all the cuties below. 

OH and one more thing... I even saw a cute picture of a bunny (Cinder) from our very first litter of bunnies back in 2014! You'll see him in there too :)
